1. Intellectual Property (Music, Video & Images)

All content included on this website—including but not limited to audio tracks, music compositions, video content, digital downloads, photography, and logos—is the exclusive property of Jamerican Productions.

Prohibitions:You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any media for commercial purposes without an express license or written agreement from Jamerican Productions.

 Copyright: All music is protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any catalog tracks is strictly prohibited.

2. Custom-Made Merchandise

By purchasing custom-made ski masks or other apparel, you acknowledge the following:

Production Time: Since masks are custom-made, please allow for a specific production window (e.g., 7–14 business days) before shipping.

Variations: Because items are custom, minor variations in stitching, color, or fit may occur and are not considered defects.

 Final Sale: All custom-made items are **Final Sale**. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or there was a manufacturing error on our part.

3. Shipping & Delivery

International Orders: For customers outside of the United States, you are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

4. Product Liability & Safety

Intended Use: Ski masks are sold as novelty apparel and fashion accessories. Jamerican Productions is not liable for any misuse of the product or any legal issues arising from the wearer’s conduct while using the product.

Proper Use: Users should ensure the mask does not obstruct vision or breathing during use.

5. Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time of purchase.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes related to these terms or the sale of products shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
